Is ConSprint free?

Yes. No ads, no paywall, no "premium" features. If it helps you, you can tip us on Ko-fi, which keeps the server running.

Who made ConSprint?

A cosplayer and their dad. We went to our first con, heard a panelist say the secret to big builds is planning, and built a planner together.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes, it's made for phones first. Install it on your home screen and it opens like an app. It works on computers too.

Is there an app in the App Store or Google Play?

Not yet. Installing from the browser gives you the same thing: an icon on your home screen, full screen, and notifications. See Install on your phone.

Who can see my quests?

Only you. Nothing is public unless you share a build as a link, and even then photos, your con and your account details stay private.

Can my kid use ConSprint?

Accounts are for people 13 and older. Younger cosplayers are welcome to plan on a parent's or guardian's account.

Why are "missions", "objectives" and "steps" called that?

A costume is a quest! Missions are the big pieces, objectives the parts of them, and steps the small tasks. See Missions, objectives and steps.

What does "on track" mean?

That the work you have left fits comfortably in the hours a week you said you can put in, before the con. See Pace.

Why doesn't my progress ring move when I finish a step?

Progress is weighted by time, so steps without a time estimate don't move it. Add estimates. See Progress.

What's the difference between "Cost so far" and "Bought"?

Cost so far is what the build has used up. Bought is the cash you've spent for it, which is what your budget is about. See Costs and budget.

I'm not getting reminders.

Notifications are turned on per device, under Settings › Notifications. On iPhone, ConSprint has to be installed on your home screen first. Also check that your phone hasn't silenced notifications from your browser or the app. See Reminders.

ConSprint doesn't show up when I share a photo.

Sharing into ConSprint works on Android, from the installed app. See Share photos from other apps. If you installed ConSprint a while ago, uninstall it, clear Chrome's cached files (⋮ › Delete browsing data › Cached images and files) and install again.

How much photo storage do I get?

1 GB per account. See how much you've used under Settings › Profile.

I didn't get the verification email.

Check your spam folder, then tap Resend verification email on the page ConSprint shows you.

Can I change my currency?

Yes, under Settings › Profile. Amounts you've already entered aren't converted, so pick your currency before you add costs.

How do I get my data out, or delete my account?
